Missing In Action, Never Forgotten
Missing In Action, Never Forgotten
On 10/29/2022, we have hosted a successful fundraising event in honor of Clayton Kuhles, for the recovery of B-24J #42-100184, a US airplane lost in WWII on the Hump Route while transporting crucial supplies through the Himalaya Mountains. This aircraft crash site was discovered on 07 Dec 2010 by Clayton Kuhles, the founder and president of MIA Recoveries, Inc. We have successfully reached the fundraising goal to enable Mr. Clayton Kuhles plan his MIA recoveries mission to the crash site in India, in 2023.
The pilot, the late Lt. Robert King, left behind a widow, Elizabeth Cummins, who is 99-year old, currently living in Tucson, Arizona. She is waiting for her husband’s remains or ID to be brought home for a final reunion.
